Open the Policy from Republic

Select Guidelines in Republic's navigation to open the corporate Community Guidelines page. Open Policies on the corporate site to choose another document. The Legal & Safety Center in Republic also provides legal and privacy request channels. Use the document for the subject you need rather than a general article when you need an exact requirement or right.

Understand Versions and Notices

A policy's version and effective date identify the wording associated with its publication. An account notice can refer to a particular policy or decision. Keep that notice with the relevant version when reviewing a restriction or acceptance record. A policy-update notification announces a change; it does not replace the complete document or automatically resolve an earlier account decision.

Take the Appropriate Action

For a violation, report the affected post or profile. For a decision against your account, open Account Standing and use its appeal option. For your data, use the privacy or legal request controls. For copyright, submit the information required for a notice or counter-notice. These routes address different questions, so identify the outcome you need and use the corresponding process.
